i1000 Series Operator Panels
The KePlast i1000 control system is not only impressive because of its powerful 32-bit processor core (400 MHz Power PC), but also due to the high integration density of its SMT components. This ultra-compact, single-board computer has all the I / Os for automating a standard, hydraulic injection moulding machine and also additional, onboard screw speed input and current outputs. All compact controllers can be integrated into a control centre concept using Ethernet technology and the machine data accessed and managed via a PC.
